Incredibly delicious intake:
Breakfast: raisin bread french toast with almond butter, strawberries and maple syrup
Lunch: two slices whole-grain toast topped with garlic/avocado and tomato, with fresh fruit salad
Snack: Vanilla protein shake (not pictured) and home-made oatmeal chocolate chunk cookie
Dinner: Roast vegetable lasagna and steamed vegetables (not pictured)
Dessert: Chai tea and trail mix (dried prunes, sultanas, cashews, almonds and walnuts)
perfect way to celebrate fall weather: baked apple oatmeal in my apple bowl with greek yogurt and almond butter :D
